About
Emma Bedding is a board-certified and licensed occupational therapist who joined Palm Beach Speech and OT Specialists in March 2024. Emma earned her Bachelor's in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida and her Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) degree from Nova Southeastern University. She served as the President of the Occupational Therapy Honor Society and graduated with highest honors. Emma completed her two full-time occupational therapy internships at the Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center working in outpatient orthopedic/neuro rehabilitation and at the Center for Pediatric Development in Baptist Health Bethesda Hospital.
Emma has a passion for working with the pediatric population and has experience working with diagnoses including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Delayed Milestones in Childhood, and Cerebral Palsy. Emma has obtained her certification in Physical Agent Modalities to support clients in participating in functional and occupation-based activities. In addition to being an occupational therapist, Emma enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog along with participating in recreational activities and community events.
