About
George O’Connor is a speech/language pathologist with 7+ years of experience, mostly working with families of children with medical complexities and exceptionalities. In 2014, as a sophomore in his undergraduate program, he began his clinical internship and observations at the Speech and Hearing Clinic at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
After graduating in 2016 with a bachelor’s in Speech/Language Pathology and Audiology, he attended Montclair State University in New Jersey where he received his masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2018.
George has experience across the lifespan, specializing in pediatric language development, feeding/swallowing, and low/med/high-tech assistive communication devices (i.e. AAC and speech generating devices). Giving the gift of communication to another person is certainly his greatest passion.
